We learn the must-haves, pay range and timeline. One-page agreement, no upfront cost.

STEP 2

72-hour shortlist

2–3 screened candidates who want the job, each with a one-page "why this person." No résumé spam.

STEP 3

Interviews & offer

We schedule, prep and debrief, and update you in writing at least every 48 hours.

STEP 4

Start & guarantee

Fee is due on the start date. A 90-day replacement guarantee covers the hire.

Already work with an agency? Keep them. Contingency means adding us on a role costs nothing unless our candidate is the one you hire.

Simple, transparent fees

New client rate: ~~25%~~ 20%. Our list fee is 25% of first-year base salary. New clients pay less.

When due	On the candidate's start date, Net 15. Nothing upfront.
Guarantee	90 days: one free replacement search, plus a prorated credit if we can't refill. No cash refunds.
Candidates	Never charged a fee. Ever.
